Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The book arrived damaged or defective.

The item is missing pages or has a manufacturing defect.

You received a different product than the one you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

Returned with its original packaging, where applicable.

Reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

The book has been used, written in, or damaged by the customer.

The return request is made after the return period has expired.

The product was purchased during a clearance or final sale (unless it arrives damaged or incorrect).
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:

The refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

If payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund process will be discussed with you directly.

Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, we will gladly arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.
If the same title is unavailable, you may choose:

An alternative book of equal value.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include:

Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Your Library will assist in resolving the issue appropriately.
For returns requested for reasons other than our error, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
